How to report a problem
Last updated: October 2026
Fair treatment matters when you contact Eddapp Floor Coating. If something has gone wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise it and how we respond. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Concerns We Want to Hear
You can report concerns about:
- A phone conversation or message involving Eddapp Floor Coating
- Our use or protection of your personal information
- Site content that appears incorrect or unclear
- Conduct by a provider we connected you with
When the Work Is the Problem
Providers in our network are separate businesses. Each manages its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. For a concern about coating work, first write to the provider. Save copies of your messages.
Let us know too. Feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated problems may be removed. Eddapp Floor Coating cannot resolve contract disputes, handle warranty claims, return money charged by a provider or represent that provider.
Details to Send
Email contact@eddapp.site with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you used or form you submitted, if remembered
- The provider's business name, if you know it
- A brief description of the issue and the result you would like
How We Handle Your Message
We normally acknowledge your complaint by email within a few business days. We then examine the concern. This may involve discussing it with the provider. Afterward, we explain our findings and any action we intend to take.
If the Concern Remains
You can reply and request another review if our response does not resolve the matter. Other options include your state attorney general, a consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board may also be able to help when the provider is a licensed contractor.
Where to Write
Send your complaint or follow-up to contact@eddapp.site.
