How we handle your information

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Eddapp Floor Coating ("we" or "us") collects and uses information from eddapp.site, its forms and calls made through its listed number. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Details You Give Us

A form or phone conversation may include your name, phone number, email address and location. You may also share details about your floor coating project, such as the floor's condition and the work you want considered.

Records of Visits and Calls

Browsing can create automatic records. These may include your IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and visit time. Calls through the site's number may be logged. Some may also be recorded for quality checks and billing.

Reasons for Using Information

We use information to:

• Connect you with an independent local floor coating provider
• Give the provider your request details so it can follow up
• Answer your questions and emails
• Understand use of the website and phone lines
• Improve how the site and referral service operate
• Follow legal requirements and help prevent fraud

Businesses That Receive Details

Making a referral means sending your contact and project details to one or more independent providers or marketing partners. They can then contact you about your request. These businesses are separate from Eddapp Floor Coating and have their own privacy practices.

Companies that support our website and phone lines may also handle information for us. These include hosting, analytics and call-tracking vendors. We may disclose information to meet a legal requirement or protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some laws treat sharing with marketing partners as a sale or sharing of data. Where those laws apply, you may have an opt-out right.

Cookies and Browser Settings

Cookies and similar tools may help us understand site visits. You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some features work.

Requests About Your Data

Your location may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or decline certain sharing. Email contact@eddapp.site to make a request. Before taking action, we may need to confirm your identity.

Protection and Storage

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No system provides complete security. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes listed here or required by law.

Information About Children

This website is not intended for children younger than 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
