How Our Network Works

Prepare your provider questions

Begin with the referral request

Eddapp Floor Coating connects homeowners with independent providers in our network. It does not send an installation crew of its own. Your first conversation concerns the request for a provider connection. Ask who you are speaking with and which business they represent.

Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET. These are call-answering hours, not a promise about when a provider can visit or begin work.

Give the provider a floor summary

A provider may ask where the concrete is, how large it is and whether it has been coated before. Describe how you use the space. Parked vehicles, stored tools and foot traffic can affect the proposed finish.

Mention damp patches, peeling paint and cracks. If you have a basement sump pump, explain any recent water problems. Send photos when requested, but expect the provider to need further checks before settling on a plan.

Ask what goes under the finish

The finished color is only part of the job. Preparation affects how a coating bonds, or sticks, to concrete. Ask the provider to describe each step in plain words.

  • How will you check for moisture in the slab?
  • What old material needs to come off?
  • Which cracks or damaged spots are included?
  • What coating layers does the quote name?
  • When can people, stored items and vehicles return?

Ask whether those answers will appear in the written quote. Product names alone do not explain the full scope.

Check who owns the agreement

Confirm which business would perform the work and receive payment. Ask whether another contractor would handle any part of it. Request relevant insurance details and any credentials required for the project.

Read payment terms, exclusions and warranty wording before accepting. Ask how changes to the scope would be priced and approved. Keep the quote, product information and messages together so you can refer back to the same details.

Choose when you are ready

You decide whether a provider's proposal fits your needs. A referral is not an agreement to hire. If a point is unclear, ask for a written explanation before making that decision.

Start your request with a ZIP code, floor type and a few notes. Eddapp Floor Coating can help seek a provider connection; the provider handles the site assessment and proposed work.
